Church Administrator
Rich Francis is the Church Administrator at First O’Fallon. He joined First O’Fallon in 1991 and has served on many committees during his years of membership. Rich is a registered Civil Engineer and for many years owned and operated a local civil engineering company. He most recently served as the City Administrator of the City of Cottleville, Missouri.
Rich and his wife, Debbie, have two daughters, and a one granddaughter. He enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing.
