Worship & Arts

The Worship Ministry at First O’Fallon exists to support the overall ministry of our church by leading others to worship our great Savior. In Psalm 150:6, the Bible says, “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!” So, for those of us who are breathing, God calls us to praise Him.

We do this through a variety of ways at First O’Fallon. We begin with our children and continue through adults to train Christians in vocal music, instrumental music, drama, multimedia technologies, and other arts. Then we teach them how to use these art forms to worship the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Come worship with us!

WORSHIP CHOIR

This team rehearses each Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8:00 and regularly leads in our services on Sunday mornings at 9:30 and 11:00. More than just a choir, we are a family. No auditions necessary, just bring a commitment to our team and a heart for worship!

WORSHIP ORCHESTRA

This team also rehearses Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 and regularly leads worship in our services on Sunday mornings at 9:30 and 11:00. The Orchestra is open to adults and students with at least 2 years of experience playing their instruments.

STUDENT WORSHIP TEAM

This team rehearses on Wednesday nights from 4:45 to 6:00 pm and leads worship in our Student Ministry every Wednesday. The student worship band holds auditions annually for vocalists and instrumentalists with at least 2 years of experience playing their instruments.

CHILDREN’S CHOIRS

Our children rehearse Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 6:30 during the school year, and often participate in worship services on Sunday mornings.
